Last performances of “Henry V” this weekend
The Final performances of MHCC’s Production of “The Life of Henry V” will be May 6 and 7 at 8 p.m. and May 8 at 2 p.m.


“The Life of Henry V” by Shakespeare is about the young king of England who must go into battle with France to earn respect and honor for him and to the people of England.


Admission for adults is $10 and students and seniors is $8. For more ticket information, call 503-491-7154.

Students’ hard work pays off with gallery exhibit
The Visual Arts Center will have the work of several MHCC art students on display May 4-25. The reception for this artist will be Wednesday, May 11, 12–2 p.m. with a potluck.

Performances, competitions and military .. oh my!
Jazz bands from various walks of life are taking over MHCC on Saturday.


High school and middle school bands will be competiting in the NW Jazz Festival throughout the day Saturday all over campus. Ending the conference, MHCC’s own Jazz Band will perform. Admission is free.

“Airmen of Note,” a band consisting of Air Force men and women, will be performing at MHCC in the gymnasium from 5:15 - 6:15 p.m. Admission is free.

Music, games, clubs, and hopefully sunshine at the Rites of Spring
The Rites of Spring carnival is coming, rain or shine. The Student Activities Board is sponsoring the event and it will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Main Mall from May 9-12.
