Saints extend streak |

Thanks to Wednesday night’s win, 92-83 against Umpqua, the men’s basketball team extended their winning streak to four. The Saints were led by Nick Klinger and Scott Zea with 19 points each. Gregg Barlow was also an assist away from a triple-double scoring 17 points, 14 rebounds, and nine assists. “The first fifteen minutes we played the best we’ve played all year. We were moving the ball, playing great defense. We had almost a 30 point lead after those first fifteen,” said head coach Rob Nielson. The Saints will be playing Umpqua again tomorrow. “It’ll be interesting to see how we do Saturday,” said Nielson. “We might change a few things, maybe add a wrinkle defensively.” |
