MHCC Planetarium show-MHCC’S Planetarium Sky Theater is presenting “Saturn Up Close,” an up close and personal view of the ringed planet in a presentation in two weeks. Visitors will learn how to locate Saturn, Jupiter and Mars in the night winter skies.
The presentation is Monday, Feb. 13 at 7:30 p.m. and admission is $1.

Live music-Vocalist Nancy King and pianist Steve Christofferson will be featured performers with MHCC’s Genesis next week.The vocal jazz concert is Feb. 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the Visual Arts Theater.
Admission is $6 for the general public and $3 for students. Doors open at 7 p.m. For more information call (503) 491- 6969.

Comedian/Motivational speaker coming-Debbie Wooten, comedian and motivational speaker will be visiting the Visual Arts Theater Feb. 8 in honor of Black History Month. Sponsored by the Women’s Herstory Celebration, Wooten will speak from noon until 1 p.m. and is free to the general public.

Valentine's dance-The Valentine’s Dance will be held Saturday, Feb. 11 in the Vista Dining Room from 7 p.m. to midnight. The entry fee is $6 per person and $10 per couple.
