Student Activities Director resigns

Richard Magruder, the Coordinator of Student Activities, announced Oct. 13 that he will be leaving his post at Mt. Hood Community College for an athletic position at Portland Community College as a physical education administrator.

Twisted animals, abstract representations of human form and other bewildering sculptures are now packed wall to wall in the Visual Arts Gallery. And at the helm of the freakshow is Darrell Holbrook, a much more modest man than his pieces might suggest.

Exit 17 showcases student work
Associated Student Government President Jay Sabin graduated from Sandy High School in 1997. He is majoring in liberal arts, and hopes to transfer to NYU to become a lawyer. Not only is he the ASG president, but he has also been on the Gamer’s Club and Forensics Team while maintaining above a 3.2 GPA and taking 16 credits per term.
