Jazz festivals to close parking lots

Parking lot A will be closed May 6 for the Northwest Jazz Band Festival and again May 12 and 13 for the Vocal Jazz Festival. The performances will be open to the public.

Seminar to understand racism continues

The next Uniting to Understand Racism seminar will be Tuesday in the Town and Gown Room. The classes run from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The goal of the series is to raise the level of awareness of the participants concerning racial discrimination. The final date after Tuesday is May 16. Registration for summer, fall looms

Summer term registration for returning MHCC students begins May 15. For new students, registration begins May 17. Summer classes begin June 26.
Fall term registration begins May 22 for returning students and May 30 for new students.
Returning students may register by logging onto MYMHCC at www.mhcc.edu, or by accessing Touch-tone registration at (503)-491-6000

Preview night provides glimpse of MHCC

The next College Preview Night will be Wednesday, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Vista Dining Center. The event provides groups and programs on campus the opportunity to meet prospective students and showcase their events and activities. Refreshments will be provided.
