MHCC President John Sygielski annouced Thursday April 30 that the tentative layoff notices received by 16 full-time faculty members has been revoked.

Sophomore Crystal Sims wins the NWAACC Multi-event Championships at Earl Klapstein Stadium April 27 and April 28 in the heptathlon event. Now Sims is 20th in NWAACC history for most points in a heptathlon competition, scoring 4,305.

 
 
The team improved to a league-best 18-2 (25-4 overall) after they beat the Clackamas Community College Cougars in a doubleheader April 25.
