MHCC jazz-nik Lynn Darroch takes his words and beats to the streets
Thought-provoking creative non-fiction and the soul-spoken sounds of jazz are being combined in a whole new way by Lynn Darroch Wednesday, Nov. 3, at noon in the Visual Arts Center Theater.

A menagerie of characters showed up for a SAB-sponsored Halloween costume contest Thursday at noon in the Vista Dining Center. The first place prize of $50 went to Nathan Minich who dressed up as a working toilet. The second place prize of $25 went to Marlana Manion for her Poison Ivy costume. Third place and $10 went to staff members Karen Reynolds and Victoria Flagg for being Mary Poppins and a chimney sweep.
