TOP STORY
More than just another holiday....

An Iraq War veteran talks about dealing with PTSD, while another Iraq War veteran recalls life in the trenches and the wife of a fallen hero speaks about the loss of her husband.

A 39-year-old man whose body was found Monday near the northeast corner of the MHCC campus was recently released from prison for weapons charges and had spent the last eight to 10 years in prison for similar charges, according to Gresham police. The man was identified as Michael Charles Porter and most likely died due to exposure to the elements according to Dectective Larry Foulke of the Gresham Policed department.

Artist Rochelle Kulei finds inspiration from her Shoshone ancestors and is displaying her work in the Fireplace Gallery until Nov. 27.

MHCC's volleyball team defeats the Blue Mountain Community College Timberwolves in the finals of the Dorian Harris Halloween Classic in four sets, 19-25, 25-19, 25-19 and 25-17.

MHCC's Jazz Band will perform at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall in Portland as part of a "tribute to veterans" according to Jazz Band director Susie Jones.

The graphics and storyline don't disappoint in the follow up game in the Modern Warfare series.
