This week in entertainment

- Gojira is on its “Way of All Flesh” tour and is performing at the Hawthorne Theater Tuesday. Tickets are all ages/general admission and cost $16 at the door. The show starts at 8 p.m.

- “Paganfest” will be going on tonight at the Hawthorne Theater. Tickets are all ages/general admission and cost $25. The show starts at 7 p.m.

- Former Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver vocalist Scott Weiland is performing Wednesday at the Roseland Theater. Tickets are all ages/general admission and cost $25. The show starts at 8 p.m.
- The student One Acts will not be held this year. According to Theater Director Rick Zimmer, the One Acts (plays) are optional. “We have a slot for student One Acts in the fall and spring,” Zimmer said. However, the students are required to have taken the directing course at the TA35 directing course. Students interested in taking part in the Fall 2009 one acts must apply before the end of this term.

- The Portland Jazz Orchestra is performing with Arturo O’ Farrill tonight at McMenamins Crystal Ballroom. Tickets cost between $20 and $26. The show starts at 7:30 p.m.
